The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within 3-6 days from the acceptance of the Order, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site before sending the Order. In any case, for deliveries to be made outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.


With regard to deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be charged to the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.


The delivery times indicated must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to them, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments does not legitimize the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation.

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.

  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).


Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected, putting a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the procedures set out in this document.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for size / color change or refund within 28 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The security thread on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.

Return instructions

  • Send an email to Customer Service at refit.italy@gmail.com with the subject "RETURN REQUEST", including the order number, personal and shipping data and the reason for the return.

  • You will receive an email from our Customer Service (within 2 working days) with the return authorization.

  • and the type of compensation. Once the procedure has been completed REFIT ITALY will send a confirmation via e-mail, within 48 hours, with the shipping label and the instructions to be respected to return the goods.

  • The return shipment made with the courier indicated by REFIT ITALY will be FREE.

    If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer.

There are 2 types of compensation:

  • Change size / color
    It is possible to change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new item requested cannot be returned.

  • Reimbursement
    The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the REFIT ITALY warehouses and the items will be verified.
    For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will in any case be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
    For orders paid with Paypal, the amount will be returned to the original account.
    The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will be reimbursed to the customer only if all the items purchased are returned.

In case of damage to the goods during transport, Refit will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the relative reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
Refit will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or in any case depending on the return shipment.

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to products for which the customer has requested customization.

Refit will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14), within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, by means of a reversal of the amount charged, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a consequence of this refund. Refit may suspend the refund until the returned product is received or until the Customer proves that he has correctly returned the product, whichever is earlier.


In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where Refit ascertains that:

  • the returned product has obvious signs of use, dirt or odors;

  • the returned product and / or its accessories, and / or its packaging are not intact;

  • the product is missing its external packaging and / or its original internal packaging;

  • the product is missing its integral elements and / or accessories (eg closures, laces, buckles, etc.).

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Refit will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.
